16 Tex. Admin. Code § 117.25 - Student Permit - General Requirements and Application; Term
(a) To be eligible for a student permit an
applicant must:
(1) submit a completed
application on a department-approved form; and
(2) submit all applicable fees as prescribed
under §117.100.
(b)
A student permit issued under this chapter does not expire.
