16 Tex. Admin. Code § 119.11 - Officers
(a) The presiding officer of the commission
shall, with the approval of the commission, designate a member of the advisory
committee as the presiding officer of the committee to serve for a term of two
years.
(b) The presiding officer of
the advisory committee shall preside at all committee meetings at which he or
she is in attendance. The presiding officer of the advisory committee may vote
on any matter before the committee.
