16 Tex. Admin. Code § 119.14 - Meetings
(a) The advisory committee shall meet at the
call of the presiding officer of the commission or the executive
director.
(b) A quorum of the
advisory committee is necessary to conduct official business.
(c) Committee action shall require a majority
vote of those members present and voting.
