16 Tex. Admin. Code § 13.181 - Applicability
(a) This subchapter applies to the design,
construction, installation, and operation of a residential fueling facility as
defined in § 13.2 of this title (relating to Definitions).
(b) The provisions of this subchapter shall
apply to all residential refueling installations.
