16 Tex. Admin. Code § 14.2116 - Venting of LNG
Venting of LNG is prohibited as part of routine activities, except for the following:
(1) as
provided for in §
14.2119 of this title (relating to
Transport Vehicle Loading and Unloading Facilities and Procedures);
and
(2) through a trycock installed
on a stationary storage tank during filling of the tank.
