16 Tex. Admin. Code § 37.2 - Contested Case
(a) This rule
relates to any contested case under the Alcoholic Beverage Code (Code) where
notice and hearing are required, or an opportunity for public participation is
provided under the Code.
(b) All
notices and pleadings in a contested case shall comply with the provisions of
Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001, Subchapters C, D, and F and the rules of
procedure adopted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings in Title 1,
Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 155.
