16 Tex. Admin. Code § 401.155 - Expiration of License

Upon expiration of the license, the licensee must immediately surrender upon demand to an authorized representative of the commission the license and all commission property, return to the commission all unsold tickets in accordance with normal commission procedures, pay any funds owed to the commission by an authorized method, and take such further action as required by the director.
