16 Tex. Admin. Code § 45.20 - Exhibiting Certificates to Representatives of the Commission
It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to exhibit, upon demand or request by any authorized representative of the commission, the certificate of product registration issued by the United States Department of the Treasury or the commission.
