16 Tex. Admin. Code § 60.1 - Authority and Applicability
(a) This chapter is
promulgated under the authority of Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51 and other
state laws applicable to state agencies.
(b) This chapter applies to each program
regulated by the commission and the department. The provisions of this chapter
are in addition to all other statutes and rules that apply to a specific
program. The provisions of this chapter apply except in the event of a conflict
with specific statutes and rules governing a specific program.
