16 Tex. Admin. Code § 62.21 - Registration Requirements - Examinations
(a)
An applicant who meets the criteria for registration set forth in §62.20
shall be eligible for a department examination.
(b) A person taking an examination must
comply with the department's examination requirements under Chapter 60,
Subchapter E of this title.
(c)
Cheating on an examination is grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of
a registration and/or assessment of an administrative penalty.
