16 Tex. Admin. Code § 74.110 - Plan Review - Required
(a) Prior to
beginning the installation or alteration of equipment at any individual
location, the contractor shall submit and have approved an application and
plans describing the installation or alteration.
(b) The contractor shall submit one (1) copy
of the plans to be reviewed to the department. These copies shall be submitted
in a manner prescribed by the department.
