16 Tex. Admin. Code § 83.73 - Responsibilities of Students

(a) Students are responsible for compliance with the health and safety standards of this chapter.

(b) Students may not engage in any act that constitutes dishonesty or misrepresentation related to a student's hours accrued under this chapter.
