16 Tex. Admin. Code § 84.101 - Initial Inspections-Inspection of Driver Education Providers Before Operation

(a) Any new or relocated driver education provider must be inspected and approved by the department before it may operate. Additionally, a driver education provider that has changed ownership must be inspected and approved by the department, but may continue to operate prior to inspection.

(b) The driver education provider owner must request an initial inspection from the department.

(c) Upon receipt of the owner's request, the department must schedule the initial inspection date and notify the owner.
