16 Tex. Admin. Code § 87.1 - Authority and Applicability
(a) This chapter is
promulgated under the authority of the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51 and
Chapter 2309. Specific provisions within this chapter also implement the
statutory requirements under Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 2305, Subchapter
D, Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 501, and other applicable
statutes.
(b) In addition to this
chapter, the rules under 16 TAC Chapter 60, Procedural Rules of the Commission
and the Department, are applicable to the Used Automotive Parts Recyclers
program.
