16 Tex. Admin. Code § 87.44 - Inspections-General

(a) Used automotive parts recycling businesses shall be inspected in accordance with Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51, and the inspection rules under 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 60, Subchapter H.
(b) The department may make information available to used automotive parts recycling business owners and managers regarding best practices for risk-reduction techniques.
