16 Tex. Admin. Code § 91.64 - Advisory Committee-Officers
(a) The
presiding officer of the commission shall designate one member of the advisory
committee to serve as presiding officer of the advisory committee for a
two-year term.
(b) A member may
serve more than one term as presiding officer of the advisory
committee.
(c) The presiding
officer of the advisory committee shall preside at all meetings at which the
presiding officer is in attendance. The presiding officer of the advisory
committee may vote on any matter before the advisory committee.
