16 Tex. Admin. Code § 92.20 - Course Provider Registration Required
(a) A person must register with and receive
department approval, pursuant to Texas Occupations Code Chapter 51, before
offering a course.
(b) To register
as a course provider, an applicant must:
(1)
submit an application on a form approved by the department; and
(2) pay all applicable fees.
