16 Tex. Admin. Code § 92.21 - Course Provider Registration Renewals
(a) Course provider registration is valid for
one year, and may be renewed at the end of each registration period.
(b) To renew a registration, a course
provider must:
(1) submit a renewal
application on form approved by the department; and
(2) pay all applicable fees.
