16 Tex. Admin. Code § 92.30 - Responsible Pet Owner Online Courses - General Requirements
(a) Each course offered by a course provider
must be approved by the department before being offered and is valid for one
year.
(b) To obtain approval of a
course, a provider must file a completed application on a department-approved
form and pay all applicable fees.
(c) If a provider's registration expires, all
course approvals for that provider shall expire.
