16 Tex. Admin. Code § 95.2 - Definitions
Unless otherwise defined in this chapter, each term used in this chapter has the meaning assigned by Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 2402 and Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001.
(1) Airport- means an airport owner or
operator.
(2) Cruise Ship Terminal-
means a governing body of a governmental entity with jurisdiction over a cruise
ship terminal.
