16 Tex. Admin. Code § 96.100 - Adoption by Reference
In accordance with the Code, the department adopts the requirements of the most recent version of the following publications and rules for the purpose of administering and enforcing this chapter:
(1) NIST Handbook 44, Section 3.40,
"Specifications, Tolerances, and Other Technical Requirements for Weighing and
Measuring Devices."
(2) NIST
Handbook 130, Section 2.34, "Uniform Laws and Regulations in the Areas of Legal
Metrology and Fuel Quality."

System, National Electric Code.
