16 Tex. Admin. Code § 96.80 - EVSE Registration Fees
(a) Initial
Registration for Newly Registered Charging Units and Additional Units - $30 per
electric vehicle charging port.
(b)
Renewal of Registration - $25 per electric vehicle charging port.
(c) Consumer Information Sticker - $1 per
sticker.
(d) A
duplicate/replacement fee for any registration issued under this chapter is
$25.
(e) All fees paid to the
department are non-refundable.
(f)
Late renewal fees for registration issued under this chapter are provided under
16 TAC §
60.83(relating to Late Renewal
Fees).
(g) A dishonored/returned
check or payment fee is the fee prescribed under 16 TAC §
60.82(relating to Dishonored
Payment Device).
