16 Tex. Admin. Code § 98.69 - Advisory Board Meetings

(a) The advisory board shall meet at the call of the executive director or the presiding officer of the commission.
(b) A quorum of the advisory board is necessary to conduct official business. A quorum is five members.
(c) Advisory board actions require a majority vote of those members present and voting.
