19 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.140 - Tasks Assigned to the Council
Tasks assigned to the council include:
(1) Review the site visit report and an
institution's response for each Certificate of Authority application;
(2) Make recommendations regarding the
Certificate of Authority application to the Board;
(3) Review requests by an accrediting agency
for recognition by the Board; and
(4) Perform other duties related to
certification that the Board requests of the council.
