19 Tex. Admin. Code § 110.81 - Implementation of Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for English Language Arts and Reading, Other High School English Language Arts and Reading Courses
The provisions of this subchapter shall be implemented by school districts beginning September 1, 1998.
