19 Tex. Admin. Code § 13.404 - Grant Application Procedures
(a) Unless
otherwise specified in the RFA, eligible entities may submit a maximum of two
applications: one as a single recipient and the other as a member of a
consortium.
(b) To qualify for
funding consideration, an eligible entity must submit an application to the
THECB and each application must:
(1) Be
submitted electronically in a format and location specified in the
RFA;
(2) Adhere to the grant
program requirements contained in the RFA; and
(3) Be submitted with proper authorization on
or before the day and time specified by the RFA.
