19 Tex. Admin. Code § 13.529 - Payment of Under-allocated Funds

If the Commissioner of Higher Education determines that a data reporting error or any other error resulted in an under-allocation of funds, the Coordinating Board shall provide the funds to the institution pursuant to the close-out process in subchapter P, § 13.477, of this chapter (relating to Close Out), any close-out or settle up provisions contained in subchapter U of this chapter (relating to Community College Finance Program: Forecasting Methodology and Finance Policy), or as otherwise authorized by law.
