19 Tex. Admin. Code § 15.24 - Allocation of Distributions
In a state fiscal year, the allocation of funds distributed from the Texas University Fund shall be as follows:
(1) Seventy-five (75) percent to the
Permanent Endowment for Education and Research Base Funding; and
(2) Twenty-five (25) percent to Research
Performance Funding.
