19 Tex. Admin. Code § 153.1103 - Purpose; Required Assistance
(a) This
subchapter provides rules for the implementation of the criminal history record
information review of school entity employees required by the Texas Education
Code, Chapter 22, Subchapter C, as amended by Senate Bill 9, 80th Texas
Legislature, 2007.
(b) All school
entities, private schools, and regional education service centers shall assist
the Texas Education Agency in the collection of criminal history record
information to facilitate this review.
