19 Tex. Admin. Code § 22.169 - Discontinuation of Eligibility
(a) A student's eligibility is limited to the
six years after the date the student first enrolls in an institution of higher
education or private or independent institution of higher education.
(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this
section, a student may not receive a scholarship after having earned a
baccalaureate degree or a cumulative total of 150 credit hours, including
transferred hours, as verified by the student's institution of higher education
or private or independent institution of higher education.
