19 Tex. Admin. Code § 22.200 - Authority and Purpose
(a) Unless otherwise
noted in a section, the authority for these provisions is provided by Texas
Administrative Procedure Act, Texas Government Code §
2001.003(6).
(b) This subchapter establishes rules
relating to the administration of the Texas Transfer Grant Program. The program
provides need-based grants to enable eligible students to transfer from
two-year institutions of higher education to four-year institutions of higher
education in this state.
