19 Tex. Admin. Code § 22.204 - Satisfactory Academic Progress
(a) To qualify for a grant, each recipient of
the grant shall meet the satisfactory academic progress requirements as
utilized by the financial aid office of the eligible institution to determine
eligibility for federal financial aid programs.
(b) For the purposes of this section, the
calculation of a student's GPA is to be completed in accordance with §
22.10 of this chapter (relating to
Grade Point Average Calculations for Satisfactory Academic Progress).
