19 Tex. Admin. Code § 22.340 - Deceased or Disabled Borrowers
(a) All
loans through the Texas B-On-Time Loan Program are discharged in the event of
the borrower's death or permanent and total disability.
(b) Verification of death, and determination
of permanent and total disability of a borrower through the Texas B-On-Time
Loan Program, shall be made in accordance with student loan industry
standards.
(c) The final
determination of permanent and total disability of a borrower shall be made by
the Commissioner.
