19 Tex. Admin. Code § 227.107 - Fee for Request for Preliminary Criminal History Evaluation
(a) The fee to request a preliminary criminal
history evaluation under this subchapter shall be in an amount sufficient to
cover the cost of administration of the evaluation process and as provided in
§
230.101 of this title (relating to
Schedule of Fees for Certification Services).
(b) A new fee will be required to reactivate
a request that is incomplete because of failure to submit the required
documentation within 90 calendar days of receipt by the Texas Education Agency
of the initial fee.
