19 Tex. Admin. Code § 233.6 - Bilingual Education

(a) Bilingual Education Supplemental. The Bilingual Education Supplemental certificate may be issued no earlier than September 1, 2009.

(b) The State Board for Educator Certification shall determine the target languages for bilingual education certificates based on the student population in the Texas public schools.
