19 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.15 - Student Advocate
(a) A postsecondary
educational institution may designate one or more students enrolled at the
institution as student advocates to whom other students enrolled at the
institution may speak confidentially concerning sexual harassment, sexual
assault, dating violence, and stalking. The institution shall notify each
student enrolled at the institution of the student advocate(s) designated under
this subsection.
(b) A student
advocate designated under Subsection (a) of this section may not disclose any
communication made by a student to the advocate unless the student consents to
the disclosure or the advocate is required to make the disclosure under state
or federal law.
