19 Tex. Admin. Code § 4.157 - Course Curriculum, Instruction, and Grading
The college shall ensure that curricula offered for college credit and comparable courses offered by the college are equivalent with respect to the curriculum, materials, instructional activity, and method/rigor of evaluation of student performance.
