19 Tex. Admin. Code § 4.288 - Notification of Low-Producing Degree Programs
(a) Coordinating Board staff will post online
an annual list of low-producing degree programs.
(b) The Board will alert an institution's
governing board each year when a degree program has not met the minimum
standards for three consecutive years.
(c) Completers of career technical
certificate programs that are reported under the same CIP code as an existing
applied associate's degree program will be counted as completers of the
corresponding applied associate's degree program for purposes of determining
low-producing status.
(d) Academic
associate degree programs are not considered to be low producing if they lead
to transfer into four-year programs.
