22 Tex. Admin. Code § 107.55 - Motions for Rehearing
(a) A timely motion
for rehearing is a prerequisite to an appeal in a contested case, except that a
motion for rehearing of a decision or order that is final under §
107.54(a)(3) or
(4) of this title (relating to Administrative
Finality), is not a prerequisite to an appeal.
(b) A decision that is final under §
107.54(a)(2), (3), or
(4) of this title (relating to Administrative
Finality) is appealable.
