22 Tex. Admin. Code § 108.59 - Website Disclosures
Dental practice websites should clearly disclose:
(1) ownership of the website;
(2) services provided;
(3) office addresses and contact information;
and
(4) licensure and
qualifications of dentist(s) and associated health care providers.
