22 Tex. Admin. Code § 113.2 - X-Ray Laboratories
(a) All dental
licensees, including dentists, dental hygienists or other dental auxiliaries
shall comply with Title 25 Texas Administrative Code §
289.232 (Radiation Control
Regulations for Dental Radiation Machines) as promulgated by the Texas
Department of State Health Services Radiation Control Program or its
successor.
(b) All dental x-ray
laboratories operating in this state must be under the general supervision of a
Texas licensed dentist.
