22 Tex. Admin. Code § 116.20 - Responsibility
(a) Each owner and manager named in an
application to register a dental laboratory, irrespective of the person signing
the application, is responsible for the proper registration and operation of
the laboratory pursuant to the Dental Practice Act and these rules.
(b) For the purposes of this section, "owner"
includes a person who has at least a 20 percent ownership interest in a dental
laboratory that is registered under this chapter or for which an application
for registration has been filed.
(c) The provisions of Occupations Code,
Chapter 266, providing that persons violating the Dental Practice Act are
subject to criminal penalties and subject to loss of registration or refusal by
the board to issue a registration, apply to the owner and manager of any dental
laboratory having or seeking registration in Texas.
