The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Act--Texas Occupations
Code, Chapter 603.
(2) Medical
Practice Act--Texas Occupations Code, Title 3, Subtitle B, as
amended.
