25 Tex. Admin. Code § 37.192 - Memorandum of Understanding on Multiproblem Children and Youth

(a) The Texas Department of Health adopts by reference a memorandum of understanding (MOU) concerning community interagency staffing of services for multiproblem children and youth. The MOU is entered into between the Texas Department of Health, the Texas Department of Human Services, the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, the Texas Education Agency, the Texas Commission for the Blind, the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission, the Texas Rehabilitation Commission, and the Texas Youth Commission.

(b) Copies of the MOU are filed in the Office of the Associate Commissioner for Personal Health Services, Texas Department of Health, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas, 78756 and may be reviewed during regular business hours.
