25 Tex. Admin. Code § 421.76 - Certification of Compiled Event Data
The chief executive officer or chief executive officer's designated agent of each facility shall certify the compiled event data as specified in § 421.66(a) - (f) of this title (relating to Certification of Compiled Event Data).
