25 Tex. Admin. Code § 603.21 - Plastic Surgery and Surgery of the Integumentary System Treatments and Procedures
(a) Cutting and preparation of skin grafts or small pedicle flaps.
(b) Removal or treatment of local skin or subcutaneous lesion.
(c) Excision of pilonidal sinus or cyst.
(d) Suture of skin.
(e) Wide or radical excision of skin lesion with or without graft.
(f) Z plasty with or without excision.
(g) Biopsy of skin or mucus membrane.
(h) Debridement of ulceration of the skin.
