26 Tex. Admin. Code § 263.2013 - Provision of In-Home Individualized Skills and Socialization
(a) A program
provider must ensure that in-home individualized skills and socialization is
provided in the residence of the individual receiving the service.
(b) In-home individualized skills and
socialization is not required to be provided by an individualized skills and
socialization provider.
(c) Before
providing in-home individualized skills and socialization to an individual, a
program provider must obtain documentation:
(1) from a physician that the individual's
medical condition justifies the provision of in-home individualized skills and
socialization;
(2) from a licensed
professional or behavioral supports service provider that the individual's
behavioral issues justify the provision of in-home individualized skills and
socialization; or
(3) that the
individual is 55 years of age or older and requests to receive in-home
individualized skills and socialization.
