26 Tex. Admin. Code § 277.21 - Supervisor Training Requirements
(a)
General training. A provider must train a supervisor as described in 26 TAC
§
558.245(relating to Staffing
Policies).
(b) Program-specific
training. The provider must ensure the supervisor understands the applicable
rules and procedures of the PHC Program, CAS Program, and FC Program.
