26 Tex. Admin. Code § 280.3 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Grant Program--The Pediatric
Tele-Connectivity Resource Program for Rural Texas.
(2) Grant recipient--A nonurban health care
facility awarded a grant under this chapter.
(3) HHSC--The Texas Health and Human Services
Commission.
(4) Nonurban health
care facility--As defined by Texas Government Code §
541.001(1).
(5) Pediatric tele-specialty provider--As
defined by Texas Government Code §
541.001(4).
(6) Telemedicine medical services--As defined
by Texas Government Code §
541.001(7).
