26 Tex. Admin. Code § 306.3 - Application

(a) The provisions of this subchapter apply to entities defined in § 306.5 of this title (relating to Definitions).

(b) The provisions of this subchapter are in addition to requirements contained in other DSHS rules. This subchapter does not supercede other DSHS rules that may also apply to the provision of services to individuals as defined in § 306.5 of this title.
